Milatović: Candidates to comply with merits in the EU and before 2030.

President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović asked for the Estimacy Deadline 2030. Its in a way that candidates in line with merits may be in mind, as he said, the real possibility of Montenegro to fulfill the necessary preconditions for Member before this deadline.
