Milošević resigned after a stormy meeting with Abazović

According to Pobjeda's information, Milošević reacted strongly to the request of Dritan Abazović, the prime minister in the technical mandate, to resign, and there was almost a physical confrontation. According to unofficial information, Abazović hired associates, including the Minister of Internal Affairs, Filip Adžić, to influence Milošević and calm him down.

In a major action on the night between Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1, the Special State Prosecutor's Office detained and interrogated a dozen people, including Milošević, asking them to explain how a truck full of cigarettes, worth almost one million euros, disappeared during the destruction operation.

The director of the UPC, during the hearing that lasted almost until dawn on October 1 at the Special State Prosecutor's Office, had to present the case files on the destruction of cigarettes, but also to explain how the official figures do not match the real situation and how it was possible that, before in the eyes of UPC and police officers, a truckload of cigarettes intended for burning disappeared.

After the interrogation, Milošević's mobile phone was confiscated. He told Libertas two days ago that his resignation depends on what happens during the investigation into cigarette smuggling.

The meeting between Abazović and Milošević took place after the Prime Minister, in a technical mandate, spoke with Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović, who presented him with the evidence available to the SDT on cigarette smuggling.

In addition to Abazović, according to our knowledge, they "distanced themselves" from Milošević and from his party, led by Minister Goran Đurović, who commented that the URA had lost the meaning of its existence since it was presented to the citizens as a movement that fought against crime.

We would like to remind you that Dalibor Brnović, director of the company "Brnović trans", as well as two officials of the Revenue and Customs Administration - Elvir Adrović, head of the UPC Cigarette Destruction Commission and Milutin Pejović, leader of the UPC's mobile team for combating smuggling, were detained after the SPO action.
