Milović ignored the Prime Minister's instructions, Koprivica will represent the Government

At the electronic session of the Government that has just ended, a decision was made to recall the proposer of the judicial laws because he ignored the instruction that stipulated that amendments to the IBAR laws cannot be accepted without the consent of the Government. At the session, it was decided that the representative of the Government on behalf of the proposer at tomorrow's session of the Assembly, instead of Minister of Justice Andrej Milović, will be Deputy Prime Minister Momo Koprivica, the Government confirmed to Portal RTCG.
Earlier today, without consulting the Government, Milović accepted the SD amendment, which automatically became an integral part of the law.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić informed the Assembly that if amendments were to be made, they would inform the Government so that the amendments would be in line with the recommendations of European institutions.

Three more laws will be debated in the parliament tomorrow, and the government reminds that the government representatives must respect the prime minister's instructions in order not to block the obtaining of the IBAR and thus the Montenegrin path to the EU.
