Montenegro elects a president

According to CeMi data, 41.9 percent of citizens voted in Podgorica by 1 p.m., 47.1 percent in Nikšić, 34.1 percent in Bar and 41.4 percent of registered voters in Bijelo Polje.
The current head of state and presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the second round of elections, Milo Đukanović, exercised his right to vote and voted in Podgorica.
Both pro-Serbian and pro-Russian candidates Jakov Milatović used their right to vote.
The Ikšić police, acting on a report that identity cards were being bought by a political party in Montenegrin Street IV, more precisely in the premises of the Beekeeping Organization, went to the scene where they found six people. According to the police, they entered the official premises of the Nikšić Security Department in order to collect information.
On this occasion, the police did not search the mentioned building.
The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić was informed about the said event, who ordered that all measures and actions be taken in order to shed light on the said event, and that they will subsequently declare the qualification of the event in question - they pointed out in the press release.
The collection of notifications from the mentioned persons is in progress, as well as the undertaking of other actions provided for by law under the jurisdiction of the police.
Supporters of Russophile Jakov Milatović have been intimidating citizens since this morning, announcing incidents and threatening Montenegrins, minority nations and the diaspora. Let us remind you that similar methods were used by the candidates of the Balkan butcher Slobodan Milošević in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Kosovo in the early 90s of the last century before the bloody wars that Serbia provoked in those countries. The Serbian Orthodox Church then stood behind Milošević and his candidates, just as it stands today in Montenegro behind Jakov Milatović. By the way, SPC is marked as the most prominent exponent of Russian politics in the Balkans. Otherwise, this religious organization is also known for having encouraged and directly participated in the biggest crimes in the Balkans, such as the genocide in Srebrenica. It glorifies war criminals, fascists from the Second World War, and among its saints are the biggest criminals.
