Djukanovic has no constitutional powers to dissolve the Assembly

The President of the President of the State of Milo Djukanovic will not disband the Assembly, the President of the Constitutional Committee of Simonid Kordić for Radio Montenegro, says Djukanovic does not have permission.

"It is not a matter of goodwill of the president of the state whether he wants to or will not dissolve parliament, because the president of the state does not have the authority to do so. It is very important that there is no way to such attempts, because we would then enter a serious overall state crisis, "Kordić states.

That the president does not have constitutional powers to dissolve parliament, the position of the SNP is Vladimir Joković. For Radio Montenegro, he points out that he would be legally to be a lawn's such decision of the President of the State.

"May 25 deputies initiative for shortening the mandate of the Assembly's advocacy, but will again be the result, as was the Djukanovic's initiative, or will not be a quorum or will not be supported by the majority," says Joković.

Djukanovic's position that Miodrag Lekić may no longer be proposed for Mandatar, the President of the Constitutional Committee Simonid Kordić states that the President of the state or Lekići or anyone else has given the mandate for the Government composition.

"The President of the state, as far as I know, did not give the mandate either Mr. Jobs or anyone else. Therefore, we invite the president of Montenegro to accept what is the reality, and that is that Mr. Lekić has a superipulatory support in parliament, and that the mandate of Mr. Lekić obliges him and thus unblock the situation, which he blocked his previous action "Kordic says.

And the SNP leader Vladimir Joković believes that he is only in Skalda with the Law and the Constitution to Djukanovic Lekić to the mandate for the formation of the Government.

"By law and the Constitution after the signatures, Djukanovic should be given to Miodrag Lekic. Everything else would be a violation of the Constitution and the Law. So far, only once the signatures were made to the President to give a mandate. Obviously the DPS is not ready for the elections, nor to form a new government. And somewhere in cooperation of all of us, a complete solution to exit this, would say, very complicated political situations, but also the constitutional, legal and every other crisis in Montenegro, because it is definitely caused by a president not to mandate Miodrag Lekić to form a government, "Jokovic concluded.
