The Municipal Board of DPS Nikšić today filed a criminal complaint against the President of the Municipality of Nikšić, Marko Kovačević, due to the suspicion that by borrowing 9.5 million euros from Nikšić for lighting, without the consent of the Municipal Assembly of Nikšić and the Government of Montenegro, he committed the criminal offense of abuse official position from Article 416 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, according to the party's press release.
