Nikolic: We will show that people who consciously pushed the state in anarchy in the authorities

Author: M.J.

The government has not yet responded to the DPS announcement that they would leave the Committee on Electoral Reform if the decision was withdrawn on the introduction of a forced administration in Savnik. This is the victory of Andrija Nikolić, the head of the Deputy DPS, saying if the government would not withdraw the decision, to make sure everyone is in power of people who were consciously pushed Montenegro in Anarchy, and that the result would be "general Chaos who will progressively spread to all municipalities, institutions and segments of society ".

The DPS announced three days ago that it would block the work of the election reform committee if the decision is not withdrawn on the introduction of a forced administration in Savnik. From that party, it was also ordered that if the government showed the willingness to withdraw the decision, ready to "sit for the table and define the model of political compromise, based on compliance with the law and the Constitution." However, for now, the response from the government does not arrive.

There was no reaction to the Government and the parliamentary majority, but we will quickly see whether the International Community, which came after our very clear attitude that we would not look at the attempt to seduce the dictatorship in the state, the government understood the message - Nikolić said.

He said that, if the constitution and laws are observed in the state, the movements of the parties are adjusted, which consists of the Ruling Coalition and if the President of the Law, such a state does not have to hope, at least Ibar.

We warned that we would leave the election reform committee, because we will not participate in simulating democracy, while in practice, dictatorship is implemented. And we will do that if we do not return the government to respect the constitution. We will not allow lawlessness and improvisation to be established as legitimate principles based on which it can be ruled in Montenegro - Nikolić said.

Commenting to the EU Delegation Representatives to complete the election process, and that the Law must be respected, Nikolić said that this is a particularly intonated warning, that the lawfulness of which the goal is to be won for force, when It is already not in the election, it is out of the question.

During the last conversation with the Ambassadors, the quinta I gained the impression that the representatives of the international community understand what consequences may cause a decision that does not have a stronghold - Nikolić said.

When asked by the DPS strokes, unless the Government withdraws the disputed decision, Nikolic said that they would very hardly show everyone that they were in the power of people who consciously pushed Montenegro in Anarchy.

Anyone from its motives, and the result we will receive will be a general chaos that will progressively spread to all municipalities, institutions and segments of society. It is a very dangerous condition and would not suit anyone's part of the parliamentary majority, which aims for Montenegro to never become a member of the EU and "emphasized" from NATO, as it was publicly recognized by Andrija Mandić.

He pointed out, however, that they still believe that there are "sufficient sense in individuals in power and that it cannot be very risked because of the Ministerial armchairs."

Earlier than DPS was said that the unprecedented that the decision to introduce the forced administration was reactivated after withdrawal, and that it is not in line with the Constitution to introduce a forced administration after the expiration of the local parliament.

From SD, we did not get the answer as their decision will be when it comes to participation in the board. From the RTCG, the RTCG said that the decision on further participation in the Committee would bring in the coming days.

We will depend on the next session, the agenda, the dynamics of work take the position. We will never simulate reforms and be a decor in that body, but if the government wants cooperation, we will be there, but if it turns out otherwise, we will not - said Ana Novaković-Đurović (URA).

SDP President Ivan Vujović wrote an online and the exit of the Opposition from the Election Reform Committee "was legitimate after the announcement of the Mandić's scenario for Savnik". Vujović stated that "the president of the state and our foreign partners justifiably ask that the elections in that municipality is completed."

Therefore, Spajic is not following Mandic, but to find a compromise for Savnik. June and Ibar are close - said Vujović.

If part of the opposition exit the Committee, another attempt to reform electoral legislation will fail.
