No official offer was sent to the ZBCG coalition, Spajić unavailable for seven days

It is not serious that the government is formed through the media and that portfolios are divided through the media. We haven't received anything as an offer yet. Today we will speak out and make our position known. The representative has been unavailable for seven days - said the Pobjeda source
The "Together for the Future of Montenegro" coalition did not receive any official offer from the mandate holder for the composition of the new government until Sunday at 8 p.m. This was told to Pobjeda from the ZBCG coalition, and on the occasion of writing by some media about the alleged acceptance of the offer by the representative Spajić.
It is not serious that the government is formed through the media and that portfolios are divided through the media. We still haven't received anything as an offer. Today we will speak out and make our position known. The representative has been unavailable for seven days - said the Pobjeda source.
The news reported that ZBCG will allegedly accept an offer that includes three departments, a vice-presidential position and 40 percent of the administrative boards, which are divided politically. The Pobjeda source added that a similar offer was already rejected three weeks ago and that there was no new one.
Pobjeda announced that this Sunday Spajić will start individual talks on the formation of the executive power with the leaders of the parties with whom he has already held a series of meetings that did not result in any agreement.
It was agreed at the level of the party leaders and these talks begin this week - one of the sources told Pobjeda.
Although Spajić has not yet informed potential partners about the date of the start of the negotiations, nor about who he will meet first, our sources believe that the priority will once again be given to political subjects who, during consultations with the head of state at the beginning of this month, expressed their clear support for him to acquire the status of mandate holder.
On Monday, Spajić held the first formal negotiations in the role of a mandate holder with the representatives of those parties, as well as the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition, through three separate meetings, but on that occasion there was no discussion about the allocation of portfolios in the future government.
All three meetings were attended by the leader of the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić, who, during the conversation with the leaders of the ZBCG coalition, sat on Spajić's side of the table, which indicates that there is already a solid agreement between PES and the Democrats on the sharing of the cake.
That partnership, however, disrupts the mandate's negotiations with the ZBCG leaders, who justifiably suspect that Bečić was promised a leading position in the Assembly in advance, which they are also interested in in that coalition. At the last meeting, part of the minority parties, as Pobjeda announced, said that they were against the participation of the ZBCG coalition in the new government.
There is no confirmation yet for the meeting with the Quinte ambassadors
There is still no confirmation that Mandator Spajić will meet with the ambassadors of the Quinte countries. Some media reported that the meeting was supposed to take place at the end of the week, but that it did not take place.
Dan announced that the meeting would take place on Wednesday. Both the American and German embassies announced that their position on the formation of the government has not changed and that it should include subjects with pro-Western foreign policy priorities.
