Ombudmsan: Stack on the road with frequent targeting, threats and violence against journalists

The Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro has condemned the last threats sent to a group of journalists and appeals that this, as well as previous cases, are efficiently prosecuted and on the path of frequent targeting and all kinds of public words.

Main and responsible editor of M portal Danice Nikolić, threats reached the same address as the previous one signed as Bane La, which, as well as these, reported to the police and the basic state prosecutor's office.

Bane La, as he stands in the signature, threatened by Rape Nikolić, also mentioned the colleague of the City TV Tamaru Nikčević, Mirk Dević, Klusčić-Vasović, and in an offensive editor of the antenna m Darko Šuković , as well as Lawyers Zoran Piperović.

On the occasion of the information on the abominable messages that came to the address of the portal, the Protector recalls that in addition to frequent appeals and various activities are being implemented in the fight against sexism, Misogy, but also domestic violence, we still face the threats of media security.

But not only the media, but also other public employees including lawyers, columnists, analysts, civil society representatives, politicians, judicial functions, prosecutors and others. By which we know which path we are obliged to indicate that regardless of the attitudes on the editorial policy of any medium, it must provide unique support to journalists in the performance of their work, and the base of all are conditions for safe work - announced is from the institution of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms.
