Piperović: I will file a lawsuit against Abazović because of the allegation that Bemax paid Kenter to arrest Rado Milošević

The legal representative of the Bemaks company, lawyer Zoran Piperović, announced a lawsuit against the outgoing Prime Minister Dritan Abazović who stated on Television A plus that the Bemaks company paid the former first man of the National Security Agency (ANB) Sava Kenter to arrest the former director of the Revenue and Customs Administration (UPC) Rad Milošević.
I am informing you that I am going to file a lawsuit for the compensation of non-material damage on behalf of the Bemaks company - said Piperović.
As he emphasized, it is known that ANB does not arrest, but that the police do.
The police, who are under the control of Abazović and his henchman, arrest him. The court orders detention, while the prosecution proposes it. If Bemax paid Kenter, who gave the money to these others? - asked the lawyer.
He added that he will put former ANB director Sava Kenetera as a witness in the lawsuit.
Here is an opportunity for Kentera, as a witness, in front of the Basic Court in Ulcinj, to freely say what he knows about tobacco smuggling in which certain persons participated, to say what his knowledge is, whether operational or proven, concerning cigar smuggling while Rade Milošević was at the head of the UPC - underlined Piperović.
He believes that it is useful for the social community and that the truth must be revealed.
We have to see what the people who were at the head of such important institutions say. I thank the prime minister for giving him the chance to propose Sava Kenter to be a witness in this type of litigation - emphasizes the lawyer.
Piperović said that the lawsuit will be submitted in the next five to six days.
We remind you that Prime Minister in technical mandate Dritan Abazović, guest on Television A plus, accused the Bemax company of paying the former first man of the National Security Agency (ANB) Sava Kenter to arrest the former director of the Revenue and Customs Administration (UPC) Rado Milošević.
Maybe the Special State Prosecutor's Office doesn't know this, but Dritan Abazović does - everything that happened to Rado Milošević was set up by Bemax, through Sava Kentera and many others within the system - said Abazović at the time.
Ubović and "Bemaks" did not present vehicles to the police and MUP
Lawyer Zoran Piperović is categorical that his clients - the company "Bemaks" and its owner Ranko Ubović did not present BMW vehicles to the Police Directorate, nor to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, or give them for baptism, as the Vijesti concern claims.
We suggest that the authorities in the MUP do all the checks - when those vehicles were acquired, whose they were, to whom they were registered and everything else about the owner's treatment of the cars whose photos were published. By the way, of course, I also expect that the seized vehicles in the action at Hotel "Podgorica" and the solitaire next to them will be returned as soon as possible. On this occasion, on Monday I will write to the competent prosecutor's office, the competent court and the Police Directorate. If they in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the public, are not clear about what it is all about, then I don't know what is unclear in this country - concluded Piperović.
