Political persecution has begun - SDT demands the lifting of immunity for five MPs from DPS and SD

The Special State Prosecutor's Office sent a request to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Danijela Đurović, to remove the immunity of DPS MPs Predrag Bošković, Dragica Sekulić, Suzana Pribilović, as well as SD MPs Ivan Brajović and Damir Šehović. According to the SDT, a criminal case has been opened against those deputies and against seven other persons for the extended criminal offense of abuse of official position, in connection with the distribution of apartments to state officials.
The prosecutor in the SDT, Vukas Radonjić, announced for TVCG that he personally submitted a request to the Parliament for approval for the criminal prosecution of certain deputies, in the criminal case assigned to him, in which the actions of the president and members of the Commission for Housing Affairs of the Government of Montenegro are being investigated. Above, in the period from 2016-2020. years.
SDT, as they state, submitted to the Assembly a request for approval for the criminal prosecution of those deputies, given that they enjoy immunity, which is why "criminal proceedings cannot be initiated against them, nor can detention be ordered without the approval of the Assembly."
"In this prosecutor's office, a criminal case was established against the reported persons Predrag Bošković, Budimir Šegrt, Sanja Vlahović, Suad Numanović, Ivan Brajović, Dražen Miličković, Damir Šehović, Dragica Sekulić, Osman Nurković, Suzana Pribilović, Jelena Radonjić and Aleksandar Jovićević, for an extended criminal offense abuse of official position according to the criminal report of the Government of Montenegro, from October 13 of this year", according to the SDT.
By considering the criminal report and decisions of the Commission for Housing Affairs of the Government of Montenegro, loan repayment agreements and other documentation, it was determined, as announced by SDT-A, that there is an appropriate degree of suspicion that these persons from 2016 to 2020, in Podgorica, committed a crime.
"So that the reported Bošković, as president, and the other reported members, as members of the Commission for Housing Affairs of the Government of Montenegro, made decisions on solving the housing needs of officials, contrary to the Decision on the method and criteria for solving the housing needs of officials of the Government of Montenegro, and so, by exceeding the limits of their official authority, obtained material benefits for others that exceed the amount of thirty thousand euros", states SDT.
This move by the SDT, which is controlled by the pro-Serbian and pro-Russian government led by the Democratic Front, the Democrats and the Citizens' Movement URA, began the persecution of political dissidents and intimidation aimed at the collapse of civil resistance and the additional collapse of Montenegro and its sovereignty so that it would become part of of the Serbian world, which will be controlled by Nazi Moscow, led by Nazi Vladimir Putin, through the clero-fascist organization called the Church of Serbia.
