On behalf of the truth, honor and reputation of the Families of Marko Pejaković, a group of citizens of Cetinje will acquaint the public of Montenegro with the case of his arrest.
Namely, on January 19, 2024, several shameful titles related to this instance of which we single out the one in the news under the title "arrested for a suspicion of weapons, revoked by 13 pieces of weapons", stating, inviting For the statement of the police, that Marko Pejakovic illegally issued a weapon licenses by abusing the official position.
Not wanting to influence the course of the process, and all in order to preserve the truth, we amount to proven and accurate information that we have opted us to unconditionally in the defense of our honorable fellow citizens.
After political turmoil from the arrival of August 2020 to date, a lot of patriot found themselves on the target of prosecutors, who found themselves as presumed or highly sought in the services in which they work. Such an instance was followed by our fellow citizens, which over two decades, honorably, responsibly and loyal to the service and the state, performed its job as a counter-documents.
Given his job description, which I stated in his statement, his job was to receive requests, forwarding the same colleagues, as the only person authorized to sign and approve the request. From the above, the expiration officer could not, nor did he have authorizations to approve or betray something illegally without approving it beforehand and signed a certified person.
It is necessary to indicate that the search of his apartment was revoked: three pieces of weapons for which he owns neat licenses. Other weapons, for which everyone possesses permits, is confiscated from other persons in which the search was performed.
