The election of judges of the Constitutional Court is the first mandatory step towards an urgent resolution of the crisis, if Montenegro wants any positive aspect in the upcoming European Commission Progress Report, is the message from the meeting between the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović and the special envoy of the German government for the Western Balkans, Manuel Zaracin.
"We highly appreciate the attention that Germany continuously pays to Montenegro and the region," Đukanović wrote on Twitter.
He points out that the presence of Montenegrin partners is more necessary than ever.
"If we want Montenegro and the Western Balkans in Europe," added Đukanović, and indicated full agreement on the importance of the enlargement policy for common stability.
