The bill on amendments to the Law on Borage and Disability Protection proposed by the MPs of the New Serb Democracy and the Democratic People's Party discriminatory and its adoption would mean the Bruno injustice and sin for this society.

This was ordered in the protest "for all civilian victims of war", organized by the Association "Strpci - Against Zaborava", the Action for Human Rights and the Bosniak Council in Montenegro.

The mentioned law provides for an unequal treatment of civilian victims of war, ie omission of individual categories, and thus the inability to have their families entitled to social support.

Mirsad Rastoder's Bosniak Council has said that for 30 years in similar protests - all due to the injustice that was done and which is reinforced after 30 years.

Each selective justice is almost injustice and that should also know that they do not do it and not to tread in graves and in yet unsolicited souls. Separate civilian victims by any determinant is the injustice of Bruce and sin for this society - he underlined.

He added that he is not an essential moral compensation than the recognition that these people were killed without any sin.

Don't give God to feel the pain of our families, which they don't know where the graves of their family members are. Those who vote for the law will be on the pillar of the History, and the generations of the history will come - plenty - the Rastoder pointed out.

Bojana Malović from HRA said that they gathered from an emergency, because, as she said, the law introduces the Institute of Civil Victim of the War, in a selective way.

All civilian victims of the war are deserved equal treatment. We hope that this bill will not be adopted, "Malovic said, adding not to live in the society he shares.

Demir Ličina, from the Organizer "Strpce against forgetting" he said that, 30 years from the crime in Strpce, he tries to get two things - the truth about the crime and justice, but that we did not receive any other.

A society that avoids truth and justice, becomes unhappy and dark. We have experienced the hardest losses, brutally lost the family members who can no one back to us. The adoption of this law would bring additional distrust - he pointed out.

BS invested amendments for "repair" of the law

The MP of the Bosniak Party Damir Gutić pointed out that such law introduces the status of the civilian victim of war, but in a discriminatory manner.

BS, is as he said, invested amendments he wants to repair the law that victims would not discriminate in any way.

We want the victims of the war to be compensated, but not in a way that others discriminate against it - Gutić underlined.

He also said he hopes that this law would not be adopted.

"The war with NATO was not the only war"

Executive Director of the Human Rights Action (HRA) Tea Gorjanc - Prelević said that here existed twice - one that negates the victims, their human rights and presents that the only war is the war with NATO - which underlined, is not true.

That is why he said, grateful BS who proposed amendments that give the second time, and that is the path of all the human rights that did not divide people by faith and nation and what is taken as easier to the applicable.

With this law, it should be due to respect for citizens who were in the war that was led, the Channela of the Nahock. I invite the deputies not to vote for the law and thus selectively do not indicate victims - said Gorjanc-Prelević.

Alen Bajrović said that the police captured his father in the family house in Bijela.

And she took my father to oblivion. I must emphasize that my father was killed by the Montenegrin rifle. The question of MPs and the premiere is what discriminatory law they want to make. Are civilian victims equal to or are those killed by NATO aggressor different from those killed by the Montenegrin rifle? He asked.

The gathered carry transparents with messages: "What will you give you a soul?", "War from NATO was not the only war", "Don't share the victims in our account", "Why is our pain not worth it?" Not only politicians "" Civilian victims are politics victims "," Don't trade the victims "," we're still in the train. "

And deputies of DPS in protest

Protest organizes the Action for Human Rights (HRA) and the Association "Strpci" against forgetting "also joined the Deputies of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Andrija Nikolić, Sonja Milatović and Abaz Dizdarević.

The organizers earlier emphasized that the families of all civilian victims of war deserve equal rights and that no one should share them.

The controversial amendment to the law that defines civilian victims as "a person who, as a citizen of Montenegro, was killed, the mission of armed conflicts in Montenegro", submitted to the MPs, Slaven Radunović (Nova Serbian Democracy - NSD) and Momcilo Lekovic (Democrats).

Amendments are still narrowing to the Institute of Civil Victims of the War, which have already proposed the Law Proposal in the Proposal of the Law in a discriminatory way - stated from the HRA and the Association "Strpci - Against forgetful."

They pointed out that the Amendment of the NSD and Democrats excludes the members of the Traveler's family from Montenegro and killed on the territory of BiH, as well as families of the abducted and missing people from Montenegro in Kosovo, although everyone lives in Montenegro and citizens are Montenegro.

This approach, which considers the civilian victims of the war only victims of NATO intervention, and excludes all other Montenegrin citizens in the territory of the former common state, is contrary to human rights and all moral principles - state from these two organizations.

It is pointed out that the proposal of the NSD and Democrats is even further restrictive because the registration of the previous family members of the war, and what the rights of the right are killed by children, and so even individual members of the NATO bombing family.

The proposed amendments to the family suffered the ten-year Julia Brudar and thirteen-year-old Oliver Maksimović and Miroslav Knežević could not exercise the right to social support because they did not endure them. The question arises why the law is prescribed only for individuals, why all those who deserve the recognition of the status of the civilian victim of war are excluded from its implementation - said before today's protest.

Two days ago, the MPs of the Bosniak Party submitted eight amendments to the Law on Amendments to the Law on Borage and Disability Protection, which aims to treat civilian victims of war, as well as the rights of the civilian victims of the state.

The amendments, which our club of deputies proposed, are harmonized with the initiatives and appeals of numerous organizations and associations, all in order to adopt a just and quality legal solution, which will treat civilian victims of war equally - they stated from BS.
