The prosecutor first assessed that it was a traffic accident and authorized police officers to perform an investigation.
After further accomplished statements and collected informations, the prosecutor assessed that there were no elements of a criminal offense.
Milosevic was deprived of his liberty because he drove under the influence of alcohol, which is why a judge was conducted in the abbreviated procedure for misdemeanors in Budva.
On that occasion, Pešić did not appear in the traffic accident in a misdemeanor court, although he was explicitly told by the police officer. For this reason, the request for initiating the misdemeanor proceedings was rejected - in the part of the traffic accident, while in the part related to the management under the action of alcohol, fined.
All participants in the statements were explicit that they did not want to submit any applications, and that police officers did not have other material evidence, the warning measure was imposed.
This is not the first time that the Budvan police are dealing with Uroš Panic. Something similar happened to him last year in Montenegro, when he made a traffic violation in Budva. When he came before the court, to pay the sentence, he improperly parked the expensive BMW, so the Montenegrin police took that car, and Panic had to pay for that sentence.
In April this year, Panic was pompously confiscated by the police in Belgrade, while filmed by the telephone for social networks and made countless violations, driving and insulted the police. "Lamborgini" was a vehicle of rent a kar agency, and the owner of the mentioned agency "Samlin" is Petar Panić, the father of young Uroš panic and the Kum President of Serbia, Aleksandra Vučić.
