Prime Minister Milojko Spajić said that he thinks that agreement was reached with the opposition about the census and to consider all the conditions until the beginning of his implementation.

He pointed out that not yet received the official response of the opposition about the agreement and list but expect to be positive.

"We expect to be positive, because they have all the requirements they requested. I would not prejudice any decisions of their authorities, I just speak my personal impression," Spajic said.

Spajic emphasized that Monstat should relax from political pressures.

Spajic said they were proud of the work of Monstat and that they are currently working in very difficult conditions. He pointed out that he would raise fees with enumerators.

"Public fees can reach 1,000 euros for those who are valuable," Spajić said.

We consider referring to the protest note to Serbia for the book of Seselj

Spajić is commenting on the book of the convicted war criminal of Vojislav Seselj, in which the former MPs of the Montenegrin Parliament, Draginje Vuksanović Stankovic, said it was deemed inappropriate and to condemn every hate speech.

Spajic pointed out that the cataloging of this book in Montenegro will not happen and that he will consider the reference to the protest note to Serbia for the book whose author is Seselj.

"We initiated the limitation of this title for Montenegro. We can also consider the measure of protest note," Spajić said.

He emphasized that they borrowed the Ministry of Culture to limit the cataloging, not only to this, but all the works containing hate speech.

The budget for 2024 will be adopted by the end of the year

Spajić told the journalists' issues that the budget proposal for the next year would be sent to the parliamentary procedure and adopted by the end of this year.

Asked whether the Epistle of Europe's movement is now supported by Iren Radović for the Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro, Spajić replied that there were no consultations within the party.

Spajic emphasized that the decision on Montenegro's airports should be made as soon as possible.

"Capacity problems cannot be resolved overnight. We do everything to attract airlines to continue lines to Podgorica, especially, "Spajić said.
