Special State Prosecutor's Office told the appellant's court a new appeal against a decision on the release of former President of the Supreme Court Vesna Medenica, the RTCG from the SDT said. They did so after the higher court rejected the earlier appeal. This is the second complaint that SDT stated after Medenica was released from November 11th.
The decision of the Higher Court, Medenica, was released on November 11, rejection of the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) for extending its custody.
Medenica is charged with a special state prosecution (SDT) to commit the criminal offenses of the creation of a criminal organization and a blank influence.
The former president of the Supreme Court of Montenegro was arrested on April 17 this year at the Podgorica Airport.
Then she was suspected of participating in a criminal group led by her son Milos Medenica.
