The Chief Committee president of the SDP Mirko Stanić and Deputy President of the SDP Petar Odzić surrendered to the MPs of Montenegro, which requires a fair distribution of hydropower systems of HE "Trebišnjica" to the creation of the Bilec Lake in our country.
Stanić pointed out that Montenegro does not use any right based on the construction of four hydroelekrane and indisputable fact that the formation of the Bilecan Lake flooded 5.08 square kilometers of the territory of Montenegro, as well as the facts that the total lake basin from the Montenegrin territory comes between 37% and 42%;
Also, our country as a cereal (border) country never gave written consent for the subtribution of the Waters of the Water Water Lake, and the state of Montenegro as a titular of the leader hydroaccumulation has not achieved its associated rights. As billions of kilowatts were made, it is clear that Montenegro is damaged for hundreds of millions of euros - stated in the SDP statement.
The resolution states that "The Parliament of Montenegro calls for all countries in the hydrosystem caused by the Water of the Bilecce Lake Yes, in the spirit of mutually good intentions, we jointly approach the valorization of the hydropic potential of the said lake."
Stanić stated that the electricity company from the BiH Entities Republika Srpska does not pay the municipality of Nikšić for submerged land, although she was paid by 1992, and now he is paid to the municipalities of Bileća and Trebinje.
Stanic pointed out that he expects all MPs of the Parliament of Montenegro to support the said resolution, thus correcting the decade's injustice and fully valorized the hydropotentials of our country.
