According to the order of the Minister of Defense Dragan Krapović, the Army of Montenegro replaced the damaged state flag in Grahovac, the Ministry of Defense announced.
As stated, in the organization of the Ministry of Defense, the replacement of state symbols, which are within the jurisdiction of part of the local self-governments, was carried out.
The Ministry of Defense appeals to representatives of local self-governments to treat state symbols in accordance with the laws of the State of Montenegro and, if necessary, replace damaged state symbols.
