The new parliament and the new government must resolve institutional agony

President of the Lawyers' Association and University Professor Branislav Radulović warned of Radio Free Europe that Montenegro passes the institutional agony that can only be resolved by the new conviction of parliament and the new government.

I absolutely agree with university professors and lawyers who are in the interpretation of the members of the Assembly, announced that the Assembly can only act in those activities that are necessary in those activities that are necessary - said Radulović for Radio Free Europe.

He pointed out that the comparative legal solutions in the region, in Croatia or Serbia, are in favor of the conclusion that any new legislative activity is not in the spirit of the Constitutional member about the dissolution of the Assembly.

All instant solutions, all initiatives and attempts to extend this ruling process, proved very bad. Unfortunately, from October last year, we have been found in one type of V.D. The state that is temporarily closed for example by the election of the Constitutional Court, but is therefore opened in many significant institutions - said Radulović.

The technical mandate of the Government, the dissolved parliament, the transition in the president of the state ... It is all, it points out, for the functioning of the state and the aspect of the interests of citizens a very unfavorable position.
