The non-arrival of Đukanović's message that they do not want a compromise

The non-arrival of the President of Montenegro and the leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists Milo Đukanović at the meeting is a message that they do not want a compromise - said one of the leaders of the Democratic Front Andrija Mandić at a press conference after they left the meeting with the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Danijela Đurović, answering a question whether, if DPS agrees to a compromise regarding the Constitutional Court, they would withdraw the Law on the President.
We remind you that the meeting of the President of the Assembly, Danijela Đurović, with the leaders of the parliamentary parties, which was supposed to discuss the resolution of the political and institutional crisis in Montenegro, began around 12:30 p.m. However, after a little less than 20 minutes, DF leaders Andrija Mandić, Milan Knežević and Nebojša Medojević, United president Goran Danilović, Prava Montenegro president Marko Milačić and Labor Party leader Maksim Vučinić left the meeting.
Today, he added, they received an answer that they do not want an agreement.
We continue on, there is a majority. We will elect, I believe, a new government, and then we will see in the elections, I believe first the presidential elections, how much the DPS has fallen - stated Mandić.
He also said that the candidates for the Constitutional Court are not parties, but experts.
It is inconceivable to DPS that free people can be elected as judges. You know that we did not vote for members of the Judicial Council, but we did vote for one member in the second round. It would be good if DPS followed our logic and elected two or three members of the Constitutional Court. Our message is that, as 41 deputies, we establish our relations through the election of a new government - Mandic said.
He believes that the Constitutional Court, when elected, will determine that the president did violate the Constitution.
You don't have to think that something spectacular would happen today if the message from Đukanović and Konjević tells us that they don't want to make a broader agreement - Mandić assessed.
What is important for DF, he added, is that they have a stable majority.
This institution can function comfortably, we launched an initiative to dismiss the president, but it was returned due to procedural reasons - stated Mandić.
He informed that today or tomorrow he will return to the procedure the initiative to determine whether the President of Montenegro Đukanović violated the Constitution.
At the session of the Assembly on November 22, it should take place, according to him, as well as the election of judges of the Constitutional Court.
