Some parents from the "Pavle Rovinski" elementary school in Podgorica said that an unpleasant situation occurred in the nature school when the children were supposed to have lunch in a restaurant, because then, according to them, the teacher separated the Muslims at a separate table in order to serve them. chicken, while the others were served pork.
According to one parent, the teacher commented: "Let the Muslims sit at this table".
The Ministry of Education told Pobjeda that they are not aware of this case. They say they will request information from the school.
The director of the school, Nataša Popović, also says that she is not familiar with the case.
Some parents comment that the teacher certainly did not have bad intentions, but that she is not aware of her actions and that this should be changed. They say that she probably intended not to harm anyone, but that the way she did it was wrong. They said that some children felt bad and confused when they were separated.
They are not aware of what kind of message they are sending to their children and that the children may have a problem later - said one parent.
