The declared destroyers of the Constitution wasted the citizens' money and time, arguing with themselves, all out of helplessness and anger, knowing full well that the President of Montenegro is their last bulwark in defense of the highest state legal act and that they cannot overthrow it, according to the reaction of the Club of Deputies Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) to today's parliamentary debate.
"In a half-empty parliamentary hall, today MPs from the DF and the satellite parties that follow them unquestioningly discussed the topic: whether President Đukanović violated the Constitution of Montenegro," the announcement states.
DPS stated that the members of, as they said, "this irresponsible gang that captured the state - although it does not know what to do with it, except to destroy it - are now making excuses for each other".
"They know that they raised their hands for the unconstitutional pamphlet that was dictated and served to them, so that Montenegro would not collapse, but their petty interests were stronger than the law and the law," said the Club of DPS deputies.
In addition, they stated from the DPS Deputies' Club, "in their desperation, the puppets of Belgrade went a step further with the idea that the Parliament should actually vote instead of the Constitutional Court on whether the president has violated the Constitution, thus showing the intention for the deputies to assume the role of judges of the Constitutional Court".
"You could also hear legal nonsense, such as the fact that the president of the state does not represent the executive power, which obviously suggests that some deputies skipped some of the introductory lessons of the Constitutional Law course, which teaches about the bicephalic executive power in the system of parliamentary democracy. the constitutional order of this country will surely be a part of the history of modern Montenegro. All those who, according to the DF's dictates, trample on the Constitution of their own country, will be remembered as blind followers of a policy that is malicious towards Montenegro and whose goal is to make this country not even exist," they concluded from Club of deputies of DPS.
