Three judges of the Constitutional Court were elected, but Resulbegović did not receive the support of deputies

The Parliament of Montenegro elected three judges of the Constitutional Court - Dragana Đuranović, Snežana Armenko and Momirka Tešić. Faruk Resulbegović did not receive the required 54 votes of support, but his candidacy will be voted on again, in a month at the earliest, when three-fifths of the deputies' support will be required.
When voting for Faruk Resulbegović, deputies of the Democratic Party of Socialists and the Bosniak Party abstained.
Snežana Armenko was supported by 77 deputies, while three abstained. Dragana Đuranović was supported by 75 MPs, while three abstained.
78 MPs voted for Faruk Resulbegović's candidacy, 46 in favor, 32 abstained, and he was not elected as a judge in the first round of voting.
Candidate Momirka Tešić received the support of 70 deputies, two were against, while four were in favor.
