Ulcinj: A citizen of Serbia was imprisoned for 15 days for violence against his partner

The judge of the department in Ulcinj, Anka Kekić, sentenced the defendant V.N (1984) from Bor, a citizen of Serbia, to 15 days in prison.
The previous day, in the accommodation he uses in Ulcinj, he first committed physical violence against his common-law wife, then threatened her that due to the physical attack she suffered from him, she must not call the police, because otherwise he will take her life.
Before the decision became final, the defendant was sent to serve his prison sentence in UIKS Spuž, and after serving his sentence, a measure prohibiting harassment and stalking of the victim of violence for a period of 6 months, which will be carried out by the Police Directorate, will come into force.
It was also announced that Š.M. (1983) from Bar, was sentenced to 15 days in prison for refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.
In addition to the punishment, the judge on duty in the Bar department, Alija Musličić, imposed a ban on driving a category B vehicle for six months, as well as three penalty points.
