Montenegrin diplomat and former foreign minister Miodrag Vlahović reacted to media reports about the intention of the citizens of Herceg Novi to burn a doll symbolizing the Montenegrin writer Andrej Nikolaidis as part of traditional Mimosa Days activities.
He said that evil is burned, not truth, critical speech, free people and art.
