Volkov: Martinović will have something to say in SDT

EPCG was missing a number of gases, which they took from Uniprom at a price lower than the market price and paid 22.8 euros per ton. Today, a ton of this gas is 60 euros. More precisely, they took as much as they exceeded the permitted emission - they stated in Uniprom.
