Kotor, as the city that was the first in Montenegro to start organizing New Year's celebrations outdoors, exceeded all expectations this time. The regional pop diva Severina put on a real musical and stage spectacle and made the entire Old Town dance, and in the best possible way introduced the people of Kotor and all visitors to the year 2024.
The main town square within the walls of the Old Town and the side streets were too cramped to accommodate all the visitors. A large number of visitors who could not enter the Old Town could follow the concert from the city's waterfront and in front of the city gates, where a large video beam was installed.
I am happy that I celebrated the New Year in Kotor with my son and with 30,000 beautiful people in front of me, next to me, around me, behind me.
